Unicorn
Unicorns are thought of as one of the most beautiful yet powerful beings all around. They are usually horse like with a horn atop their head.

Special abilities: Some unicorns are known for tremendous strength and speed.
Magical Abilities:Some may have magical abilities like a witch or wizard, while others only help along magical abilities. The horn is said to be the base of their magic or is said to be something which can heal. Hunters tend to hunt for Unicorn in hopes to acquire their horn or blood for healing or other magical purposes.
World Origin: Typically Cresentia Moon as it is the origin of most magical creatures.
Weaknesses: Though they are fast and strong, there is still a possibility of catching and killing them, as they are not immortal.
Strengths: Sometimes they have tremendous strength and speed which would help them to get away if being hunted.
Typical Foods: plant life, hay, sugar cubes, typically whatever a horse is known to eat.
Creature Forms: Only one form, but 2 different species of it exist. There are unicorns that look just like horses but are white with a horn on their head, while others have the body of a horse, a billy-goat beard, a lion's tail, and cloven hooves.
Other: Some have the ability to speak.
